Ingredients
 

  • 30 g fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • ½ lemon, juice only
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate

Instructions
 

  • Add the chopped coriander, red onion, garlic, chilli, lemon, salt, pepper, honey and extra virgin olive oil to a bowl. Stir through 2 tbsp of pomegranate and it is as simple as that.
