Ingredients
- 30 g fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- ½ lemon, juice only
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp pomegranate
Instructions
- Add the chopped coriander, red onion, garlic, chilli, lemon, salt, pepper, honey and extra virgin olive oil to a bowl. Stir through 2 tbsp of pomegranate and it is as simple as that.
