Air Fryer Cottage Cheese On Toast

Ingredients
 

  • 1 slice sourdough
  • 150 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 30 g blackberries
  • 30 g blueberries
  • 2 dried dates
  • 2 tsp crushed pistachios

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat the air fryer to temp 190
  • Place the sourdough bread onto a plate. Spread the cottage cheese into an even layer making sure to cover the bread. Add a drizzle of honey, blackberries, blueberries and chopped dates to the top.
  • Carefully place the bread into the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  • Plate up, top with crushed pistachios and enjoy 😉

Notes

Why not try:
  • Using peach or nectarine instead of the berries
  • Using maple syrup instead of honey
  • Apricots or cranberries instead of dates
  • Walnuts instead of pistachios
