Ingredients
- 6 lemons
- 120 g honey
- 150 ml cold water
- 1 litre sparkling water
Instructions
- Squeeze the juice of 6 lemons into a large bowl and set aside.
- In the meantime add cold water to a pan and heat gently. Once warm, remove from the heat and add the honey. Whisk well until combined.
- Pour the water and honey into the bowl with the lemon juice
- Add the 1 litre of sparkling water to the bowl and whisk really well.
- Strain the lemonade through a sieve before grabbing yourself a glass with ice to enjoy. I will guarantee this is the best and healthiest lemonade you will ever try.
