Ingredients
 

  • 6 lemons
  • 120 g honey
  • 150 ml cold water
  • 1 litre sparkling water

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze the juice of 6 lemons into a large bowl and set aside.
  • In the meantime add cold water to a pan and heat gently. Once warm, remove from the heat and add the honey. Whisk well until combined.
  • Pour the water and honey into the bowl with the lemon juice
  • Add the 1 litre of sparkling water to the bowl and whisk really well.
  • Strain the lemonade through a sieve before grabbing yourself a glass with ice to enjoy. I will guarantee this is the best and healthiest lemonade you will ever try.
