Ingredients
- 1 slice sourdough
- 150 g cottage cheese
- 1 tsp honey
- 30 g blackberries
- 30 g blueberries
- 2 dried dates
- 2 tsp crushed pistachios
Instructions
- Pre heat the air fryer to temp 190
- Place the sourdough bread onto a plate. Spread the cottage cheese into an even layer making sure to cover the bread. Add a drizzle of honey, blackberries, blueberries and chopped dates to the top.
- Carefully place the bread into the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Plate up, top with crushed pistachios and enjoy 😉
Notes
Why not try:
- Using peach or nectarine instead of the berries
- Using maple syrup instead of honey
- Apricots or cranberries instead of dates
- Walnuts instead of pistachios
