Asian Inspired Salmon
This is an absolute joy and one of my favourite dishes. I love to serve it with crispy potatoes and a selection of fresh vegetables.

Instructions
Pre heat the oven to fan 190.
Place the salmon in a large baking dish
Add all the marinade ingredients to a separate bowl and whisk well before pouring over the salmon and coating well.
Next, pour three quarters of the marinade into a small pan before placing the salmon fillets in to the oven. Bake for 9 - 10 minutes.
Place the small pan with the marinade on a medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until nicely thickened. This will take around 6-7 minutes.
Spoon the marinade over the salmon before serving.
