Heat a large skillet on a medium - low heat. Once hot, add the oil followed by the cumin seeds. Toast for 30 seconds.
Next, add the chickpeas, smoked paprika, garlic granules and season with a good pinch of salt and pepper. Stir for a further 30 seconds.
Stir through the tomato puree for 20 seconds then pour in a splash of water and the honey. Continue to stir until the water has evaporated - Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with sliced avocado, fresh tomatoes and fresh figs - delicious.
