Healthy Chocolate and Walnut Banana Bread
You won't find many banana bread recipes as healthy and delicious as this. It is a wonderful breakfast, dessert, pre or post workout snack that will keep you fuelled and fuller for longer.

Dark chocolate
Instructions
Pre heat oven to fan 160℃
Place all the ingredients apart from the dark chocolate into a blender. Blend for 1 minute.
Chop up 35 g of the dark chocolate into really small pieces and stir into the banana bread mixture.
Line a 8x4 bread tin with some parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.
Chop the other 25 g of dark chocolate and sprinkle evenly on top of the mixture before placing in the oven for 45 minutes.
Allow to cool and enjoy with a nice cup of coffee.
