Orange zest
Instructions
Add the cranberries, the juice of two oranges, maple syrup and water to a pan. Place on a medium heat and bring to the bubble.
Once bubbling, reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. At this point, the cranberries should have all popped.
Remove from the heat before adding a pinch of cinnamon and orange zest.
Spoon into a mason jar and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
