Once fully melted, remove from the heat and whisk in the cacao powder until smooth.
Add the honey and whisk again before adding a handful of pistachios. Stir the pistachios into the chocolate before pouring and spreading evenly into a silicone chocolate mould.
Crush some extra pistachios and sprinkle on top. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes until set.
After it has had 30 minutes in the fridge, break the chocolate into squares and enjoy.
