Add the chicken thighs to a large bowl and season with garlic granules, smoked paprika, ground coriander, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and extra virgin olive oil. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated. (if you have time, allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavour - however, this is optional)
Place a large pan on a medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken thighs. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until nicely charred.
Next, squeeze two oranges into a bowl along with 3 tbsp of honey. Mix well until combined. Pour over the chicken and allow to cook until nice and sticky.
This will take around 3-5 minutes. Turn the chicken every minute or so until cooked through. (Make sure the chicken has an internal temperature of at least 75 ℃).
I like to top mine with spring onion, sesame seeds, orange slices and serve with oven roasted vegetables and rice.
