chicken stock plus 150ml water

good pinch of salt and pepper

lemon, juice only
Optional garnishing
Fresh coriander
Fresh chilli
Pine nuts
Instructions
Add all the ingredients except the lemon to the slow cooker and stir well.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Just before serving, add the juice of a lemon, stir well and serve with rice and veggies of choice.
