seeds removed and chopped

peeled and chopped

Instructions
Pre heat the oven to fan 200
Place the salmon fillets of a parchment lined baking tray.
Add all the marinade ingredients to a bowl and whisk well.
Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets before baking in the oven for 10 minutes.
Serve with and spoon over that delicious marinade.
I would recommend serving with roasted sweet potato, wholegrain rice and greens of choice.
