extra virgin olive oil

honey

Instructions
Pat dry the beef joint and place in the air fryer
Add the spice ingredients along with 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and rub into the meat really well. Pour 100ml of water either side of the beef.
Set the air fryer to temp 180 on the roast setting and allow to pre heat with the beef in. Once pre heated, set the timer for 30 minutes
After 20 minutes, pour another 100ml of water either side of the beef and add 1 tbsp of honey to the top of the beef.
Cook for a final 10 minutes.
Allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving and enjoying with veggies of choice. I like to serve mine with roast potatoes and steamed vegetables.
