red peppers, sliced

red onion, chopped
1
garlic bulb, head sliced and left whole
1
red chilli
salt and pepper
1
tsp
paprika

tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
2
tsp
honey
½
lemon, juice only
Instructions
Pre heat the oven to fan 180
Add the peppers, red onion, garlic and chilli to a roasting dish. Season with salt, pepper, a drizzle of oil and paprika. Mix well.
Place in the oven for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, allow to cool before placing in a blender with honey, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
Blitz until smooth and enjoy.
Notes
You can store this in an airtight container for 3-4 days... but trust me, it wont last long.
