1tspcayenne pepper (optional but will add a good kick)
Instructions
Add the chicken thighs to a large bowl followed by all the marinade ingredients. Mix well using clean hands and set aside.
Next add all the sauce ingredients to a mason jar and shake well to combine.
Heat a large skillet over a medium heat before adding the chicken thighs. Cook for 12 minutes making sure to turn every 2-3 minutes.
After 12 minutes, pour the sauce over the chicken thighs and continue cooking for 3 minutes or until the sauce is nice and sticky. Turn the chicken every 45 seconds for even coating.
