Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to temp 200.
Cut the sweet potato into 1-2cm thick toast like shapes. Place them in a large bowl before seasoning with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic granules and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Place in the air fryer for 25 minutes.
Once cooked, enjoy with your favourite toppings. Personally, I love the combo of scrambled egg, avocado and cottage cheese.
