Ingredients
- 1 kg beef roasting joint
Spice Ingredients
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic granules
- 2 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
Extra Ingredients
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 200 ml water
Instructions
- Pat dry the beef joint and place in the air fryer
- Add the spice ingredients along with 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and rub into the meat really well. Pour 100ml of water either side of the beef.
- Set the air fryer to temp 180 on the roast setting and allow to pre heat with the beef in. Once pre heated, set the timer for 30 minutes
- After 20 minutes, pour another 100ml of water either side of the beef and add 1 tbsp of honey to the top of the beef.
- Cook for a final 10 minutes.
- Allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving and enjoying with veggies of choice. I like to serve mine with roast potatoes and steamed vegetables.
