Equipment

Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg beef roasting joint

Spice Ingredients

  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic granules
  • 2 tsp onion granules
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper

Extra Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 200 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry the beef joint and place in the air fryer
  • Add the spice ingredients along with 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and rub into the meat really well. Pour 100ml of water either side of the beef.
  • Set the air fryer to temp 180 on the roast setting and allow to pre heat with the beef in. Once pre heated, set the timer for 30 minutes
  • After 20 minutes, pour another 100ml of water either side of the beef and add 1 tbsp of honey to the top of the beef.
  • Cook for a final 10 minutes.
  • Allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving and enjoying with veggies of choice. I like to serve mine with roast potatoes and steamed vegetables.
