Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp garlic granules
- 2 tsp onion granules
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven to fan 190
- Place the chicken thighs into an oven proof dish.
- Season with soy sauce garlic granules, onion granules, smoked paprika, ground coriander, chilli flakes, salt, pepper and honey.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until cooked through and nicely charred.
- Serve and enjoy.

Have made these several times now, they are so easy and so tasty, both my son and husband love them, you can adjust the amount of chilli flakes to reduce the heat if you don’t like them too spicy. Thanks for this recipe, it’s definitely going to be a regular meal in our house 🙂
