Ingredients
 

  • 150 gram cavolo nero chopped
  • 1 red chilli chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp onion granules
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat a cast iron skillet on a medium-low heat. Add the extra vigin olive oil followed by the chilli and garlic. Saute for a few minutes until softened.
  • Next, throw in the Cavolo nero and season with salt, pepper, onion granules and honey. Stir continuously until cooked through.
  • Serve and top with walnuts and fresh pomegranate.
