Cavolo nero side dish

Ingredients
- 150 gram cavolo nero chopped
- 1 red chilli chopped
- 4 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 2 tbsp pomegranate
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a cast iron skillet on a medium-low heat. Add the extra vigin olive oil followed by the chilli and garlic. Saute for a few minutes until softened.
- Next, throw in the Cavolo nero and season with salt, pepper, onion granules and honey. Stir continuously until cooked through.
- Serve and top with walnuts and fresh pomegranate.
