Chocolate And Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oats
- 100 ml kefir yogurt drink (or natural yogurt)
- 200 ml soya milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 2 squares 70% or above dark chocolate (melted)
- 30 grams blueberries
- 15 grams honey
- 10 grams mixed seeds
Instructions
- Add the oats, kefir yogurt drink, soya milk, mixed seeds and cocoa powder to a bowl. Mix well.
- Next add the peanut butter, melted dark chocolate (melt in a small bowl in the microwave for 30 second intervals), blueberries, another sprinkle of mixed seeds and honey.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
Notes
This recipe is so flexible:
You can add whatever berries you fancy
Increase the amount of oats or milk depending on the consistency you like
Add mixed nuts
Top with banana or fruit of choice
Change the nut butter you use
Change the milk you use
Use maple syrup instead of honey.
