Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets skin on
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp zaatar
- ½ tsp garlic granules
Instructions
- Place the salmon fillets on a plate. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and season well with salt on both sides.
- Place the salmon fillets skin side down to a cold griddle pan.
- Put the pan on a medium heat and allow to cook for 7-8 minutes until the skin is nice and crispy.
- Flip and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
- Finally, add the zaatar and garlic granules and sear the salmon fillets on their both sides for around 30 seconds.
- Serve and enjoy. On this occasion, I served mine with leftover roasted vegetables.
