Ingredients
- 250 gram fresh cranberries
- 2 oranges
- 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
- 40 ml water
Optional add-ins
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Orange zest
Instructions
- Add the cranberries, the juice of two oranges, maple syrup and water to a pan. Place on a medium heat and bring to the bubble.
- Once bubbling, reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. At this point, the cranberries should have all popped.
- Remove from the heat before adding a pinch of cinnamon and orange zest.
- Spoon into a mason jar and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
