Ingredients
- 1 kg diced beef
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 carrots cut into matchsticks
- 1 pepper cut into machsticks
- 6-8 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1-2 chillies chopped
- 2 cm piece of ginger chopped
- 400 g mushrooms sliced in half
- 250 ml beef or chicken stock
- 120 ml soy sauce
- 100 g honey
- 1-2 tbsp sesame oil
- 375 g noodles cooked
Optional garnishing
- Spring onion
- Fresh chilli
- Fresh coriander
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Throw everything in the slow cooker except the noodles and give it a good stir.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- 10 minutes before serving, cook your noodles of choice according to instructions.
- Once cooked, add the noodles to the slow cooker and stir through before serving.
- Garnish with chopped spring onion, fresh chilli, coriander and sesame seeds.
