Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
Marinade ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 red chilli seeds removed and chopped
- 3 garlic cloves chopped
- 2 cm piece ginger peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven to fan 200
- Place the salmon fillets of a parchment lined baking tray.
- Add all the marinade ingredients to a bowl and whisk well.
- Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets before baking in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve with and spoon over that delicious marinade.
- I would recommend serving with roasted sweet potato, wholegrain rice and greens of choice.
