Soy, Ginger And Garlic Salmon

Ingredients
 

  • 2 salmon fillets

Marinade ingredients

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 red chilli seeds removed and chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 cm piece ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat the oven to fan 200
  • Place the salmon fillets of a parchment lined baking tray.
  • Add all the marinade ingredients to a bowl and whisk well.
  • Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets before baking in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with and spoon over that delicious marinade.
  • I would recommend serving with roasted sweet potato, wholegrain rice and greens of choice.
