Ingredients
- 1 apple chopped and cored
- 1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil
- 3 dates pitted and chopped
- 1 tbsp mixed nuts
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 250 gram Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Add a drizzle of oil to a pan followed by the apple and a pinch of salt.. Saute for a few minutes.
- Add the chopped dates, mixed nuts, cinnamon and honey. Allow to cook for a minute then add a splash of water. Cook for a further few minutes until the apple has caramelized and the mixture becomes nice and sticky. This will take a few minutes.
- Finally, spread an even layer of yogurt onto a plate, top with the beautiful mixture along with peanut butter and another drizzle of honey.
