Spiced Apple, Nut, Date And Yogurt Plate

Ingredients
 

  • 1 apple chopped and cored
  • 1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 dates pitted and chopped
  • 1 tbsp mixed nuts
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 250 gram Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Add a drizzle of oil to a pan followed by the apple and a pinch of salt.. Saute for a few minutes.
  • Add the chopped dates, mixed nuts, cinnamon and honey. Allow to cook for a minute then add a splash of water. Cook for a further few minutes until the apple has caramelized and the mixture becomes nice and sticky. This will take a few minutes.
  • Finally, spread an even layer of yogurt onto a plate, top with the beautiful mixture along with peanut butter and another drizzle of honey.
