A delicious healthy protein snack for pre/post workout. You can also enjoy these with a nice cup of tea/coffee. These are perfect to pop in some tupperware and take out and about with you.

12Medjool dates

Instructions
Add the protein powder, dates, oats, peanut butter and 1 tbsp of almond milk to a food processor - Blitz for 2 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp of almond milk blitz for a further minute until the mixture turns into a thick dough
Add the desiccated coconut to a bowl. Roll the mixture into 7 big balls - coat each one of them with desiccated coconut by rolling them in the bowl one at a time.
Place the finished protein balls on a plate and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
