Add the protein powder, dates, oats, peanut butter and 1 tbsp of milk to a food processor - Blitz for 2 minutes.
Add another tbsp of milk - blitz for a further minute until the mixture turns into a thick dough.
Roll into 7 balls and place on a plate lined with 3 parchment paper. In a small bowl, melt the dark chocolate for 60 seconds (2x30 second intervals stirring in between each one)
Roll the balls one at a time in the melted chocolate before placing back on the parchment paper. Top with the crushed peanuts and place in the fridge for 15 minutes until set.
