Ingredients
 

  • 70 g Chocolate protein powder
  • 90 g Oats
  • 80 g Peanut butter
  • 12 Medjool dates pitted
  • 2 tbsps Almond milk or milk of choice
  • 70 g Dark chocolate minimum 70% cocoa
  • Crushed peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Add the protein powder, dates, oats, peanut butter and 1 tbsp of milk to a food processor – Blitz for 2 minutes.
  • Add another tbsp of milk – blitz for a further minute until the mixture turns into a thick dough.
  • Roll into 7 balls and place on a plate lined with 3 parchment paper. In a small bowl, melt the dark chocolate for 60 seconds (2×30 second intervals stirring in between each one)
  • Roll the balls one at a time in the melted chocolate before placing back on the parchment paper. Top with the crushed peanuts and place in the fridge for 15 minutes until set.
