Dark Chocolate Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 70 g Chocolate protein powder
- 90 g Oats
- 80 g Peanut butter
- 12 Medjool dates pitted
- 2 tbsps Almond milk or milk of choice
- 70 g Dark chocolate minimum 70% cocoa
- Crushed peanuts
Instructions
- Add the protein powder, dates, oats, peanut butter and 1 tbsp of milk to a food processor – Blitz for 2 minutes.
- Add another tbsp of milk – blitz for a further minute until the mixture turns into a thick dough.
- Roll into 7 balls and place on a plate lined with 3 parchment paper. In a small bowl, melt the dark chocolate for 60 seconds (2×30 second intervals stirring in between each one)
- Roll the balls one at a time in the melted chocolate before placing back on the parchment paper. Top with the crushed peanuts and place in the fridge for 15 minutes until set.
