This recipe is simple to make, delicious and very nutritious. It is a wonderful accompaniment to things such as chilli con carne, jacket potato, any type of eggs and is delicious spread across some brown dough toast.
Cut your avocados in half - remove the stone and skin.
Remove the seeds from the red chilli and peel the garlic cloves.
Add the avocados, red chilli, garlic cloves, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and a good pinch of salt and pepper to a food processor - Blitz until smooth.
Optional extra - top with chilli flakes and coriander leaf.
