Guacamole
This recipe is simple to make, delicious and very nutritious. It is a wonderful accompaniment to things such as chilli con carne, jacket potato, any type of eggs and is delicious spread across some brown dough toast.

Ingredients
- 2 large Avocados
- 1 Red chilli
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Good pinch of salt
- 1 Good pinch of pepper
Instructions
- Cut your avocados in half – remove the stone and skin.
- Remove the seeds from the red chilli and peel the garlic cloves.
- Add the avocados, red chilli, garlic cloves, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and a good pinch of salt and pepper to a food processor – Blitz until smooth.
- Optional extra – top with chilli flakes and coriander leaf.
