Add the oats, raisins, mixed seeds, olive oil and honey to a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Next, add the granola to the tray and spread in an even layer.
Place in the oven for 25 minutes making sure to stir halfway through.
Allow to cool and serve with your favourite milk or yogurt and additional toppings.
