Ingredients
 

  • 500 grams oats
  • 300 grams raisins
  • 125 grams mixed seeds
  • 220 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 170 grams honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to fan 160
  • Add the oats, raisins, mixed seeds, olive oil and honey to a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
  • Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Next, add the granola to the tray and spread in an even layer.
  • Place in the oven for 25 minutes making sure to stir halfway through.
  • Allow to cool and serve with your favourite milk or yogurt and additional toppings.

Notes

Ideas for additional add-ins before cooking:
Apricots, Dates, Nuts, Peanut butter, cranberries, cocoa powder
Ideas for additional add-ins once cooled and cooked:
Dark chocolate, melted dark chocolate.
Serving ideas:
With milk
Yogurt, fruit, peanut butter and a drizzle of honey
