Add the pork ribs, garlic, ginger, green chilli, red onion and smoked peppers to the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, add 1 tsp of gochujang paste, 3 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp sesame oil and the juice of a lime. Mix well before pouring into the slow cooker. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the lid on and cook for 8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.
I like to serve mine on a bed of mash with mixed vegetables. This was a joy and the ribs fell off the bone.
