Instructions
Pit the dates and add to a food processor along with 1 tbsp of peanut butter. Blitz until smooth.
Spoon into a parchment lined 9x6 dish and spread evenly using wet hands.
Add the peanut butter on top of the date caramel and spread evenly.
Sprinkle over the chopped nuts and place in the freezer for a few hours or overnight to set.
Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave (40 second intervals until fully melted)
Remove the date and peanut butter layer from the freezer and slice into square like shapes.
Dip the squares into the dark chocolate until fully coated and place on a parchment lined plate.
Add a pinch of salt to the top and allow to set in the fridge.
Enjoy with a tea or coffee
