Ingredients
- 500 grams oats
- 300 grams raisins
- 125 grams mixed seeds
- 220 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 170 grams honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to fan 160
- Add the oats, raisins, mixed seeds, olive oil and honey to a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Next, add the granola to the tray and spread in an even layer.
- Place in the oven for 25 minutes making sure to stir halfway through.
- Allow to cool and serve with your favourite milk or yogurt and additional toppings.
