Ingredients
Bliss ball ingredients
- 10 large medjool dates, pitted
- 40 grams almond flour
- 30 grams chocolate protein powder
- 30 grams mixed seeds
Coating
- 100 grams dark chocolate (70% or above)
- 1-2 tbsp crushed nuts
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the dates, almond flour, protein powder and seeds.
- Blend until the mixture comes together. If it’s too dry or crumbly, add water gradually (1 tsp at a time) until it sticks when pressed.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls. You will be able to make 5 large balls.
- Place the balls in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up. This makes coating easier.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30 second intervals stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, then place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Immediately sprinkle with chopped nuts or seeds before the chocolate sets.
- Let the chocolate harden in the fridge for ten minutes before enjoying.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
