Ingredients
 

  • 1 30g Scoop of protein powder 30g
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 Handful of kale 50g
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Orange peeled and segmented
  • 1 Small handful of cashews 20g
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • 1 Splash of water for consistency

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz for 30 seconds. Add a little more water if required.
  • Enjoy 😉
