Ingredients
- 1 30g Scoop of protein powder 30g
- 2 Kiwis
- 1 Handful of kale 50g
- 1 Banana
- 1 Orange peeled and segmented
- 1 Small handful of cashews 20g
- 4 Ice cubes
- 1 Splash of water for consistency
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz for 30 seconds. Add a little more water if required.
